STEP 1: THE 3 POINT SAFETY PLAN
3 POINT will come to your property and help secure it from further damage and mitigate the damage already caused. This is our FIRST RESPONSE SERVICE and is available to your within 1 hour after contacting our office.

3 POINT will assist you in contacting your carrier and getting the initial claim started.
STEP 3: FIRST RESPONSE
3 POINT FIRST RESPONSE is an all in one service, it is the same service your insurance carrier would receive, even if we got the call from them. Our staff will visually assess the damage and begin immediate clean-up, protecting your property from any further damage. Water can be extracted, Dehumidification/Dry Out, and removal of infected material…is all included in out service to protect your home.
STEP 4: THE DAMAGE ASSESSMENT
After the filing of the claim with your insurance carrier 3 POINT will get a Claim # from your carrier. Then we must submit a Damage Assessment to ensure all your damage is considered by the Insurance Adjuster, this will ensure all of your property will be cared for and your home put back together, the way it was.
The Damage Assessment is very detailed and includes all personal property, structural damage and even has provisions for items that cannot be seen on the surface. This is an important step in understanding the extent of damage and the related health hazards and risks. This is a must to get your claim settled quickly, and gaining coverage for all the damage items whether personal or property related. Should Remediation be necessary, 3 POINT will act within 24 hours to minimize any further damage to your home and keep the cost to a minimum and get your family back to a normal life as quickly as possible.
The damage assessment will also establish protocol for remediation, if required, and restoration efforts to ensure all damage is restored in a safe manner.
All 3 POINT Damage Assessments include a visual record of photo and/or video documentation, certifying the date and time, and the extent of the damage, and finally the cost to repair and restore your home quickly.
STEP 5: RESTRORATION
